Zack helped us transform our master bath into something really special. If you want someone with a versatile skill set for a complex job then this is your guy. Not only did he do a wonderful job with the tile work, but he also helped tackle odds and ends like toilet and tub removal/installation and baseboards. Every job is unique and he had no trouble with resolving any and all issues as they arose. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use him in the future.

Zach at 1st rate flooring was amazing. His work is top notch and the price was comparable with the other quotes we received. The pictures speak for themselves. I will be using this company for all my projects moving forward.

Zach was great and did an excellent job with replacing the floor and shower tiles in my master bathroom. Took a dated, ugly room and completely modernized it. Highly recommended. See photos for before and after, please excuse the unfinished painting as I am doing that myself.
